Is the silver buried?

It sure is but before you get the shovel out, you won’t need to harm anyone’s property to find a silver bar. Be mindful, think twice!

Q: I’m at a business and it won’t let me solve the clues.

A: First make sure your location services are turned on in both the app and on your phone. If they are, you may be entering the wrong answer! If you’re still having issues, contact us on the form below.

How do I solve all the stars on a business profile?

You gain a new star and clue each time you visit a participating business and answer their questions once a day, up to the maximum amount of stars (4, 3 or 2 stars).

Q: I’m offline, how do I answer the clues?

A: If you’re offline, don’t fret! You can still answer the clues while you’re at the business and when you get back into service, your silver clue will be unlocked.

Q: My App is broken! How do I fix it?

A: Try updating the app in the Google Play Store or App Store first – there may be a new version. Don’t worry this won’t erase your progress. If that doesn’t work, please contact us on the form below and let us know what the error is.

Q: I made a purchase at a participating business.
How do I redeem my receipt for bonuses?

A: Take a photo of your receipt and email it to redeem@silverrush.com.au along with your NAME, EMAIL and MOBILE NUMBER.

Q: How do I redeem a special offer?

A: If a business profile has a special offer included, you just need to show the app in-store to redeem. If you have any issues redeeming, please contact us on the form below.

  2. Entry is via Destination Broken Hill App, available on the Google Play Store and iTunes Store. No purchases required for entry.
  3. Entrants must be 18 years or older to be eligible to win or have a parent or guardian act for them.
  4. Prizes as stated in the prize list.
  5. Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in item values. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a prize of like or equal value (subject to state regulations).
